If NBBC were to give Vale View to NTFC or sell the land to them for a nominal sum (assuming there are exceptional costs to be met for abnormal ground conditions) then the Club would have a valuable asset to use to pursue a Bank loan.
Otherwise, they will be largely reliant on obtaining Grants, which as a non-profit making social organisation could be looked upon favourably.
FA Grants come with a lot of Conditions.
They could consider a Membership Scheme, with a joining fee & an annual subscription.
They could also rely on donations.
Just my thoughts!
