Unfortunately the Tamworth fans will be of no concern to the American investors. These companies exist to make a profit,; this is always at someones expense. Man utd was a fine example of this. The Glazier family bought the club on borrowed money , then saddled the club with that debt. The family then took dividends as owners , thus making huge profits from effectively making the club buy itself. I don't know if Tamworth own the Lamb but as you imply it is valuable real estate. If I was a Tamworth fan then I would have serious concerns.
