If that is the case then a prudent question would be, Why? It was posted yesterday that Tamworth have a rolling 99 year lease. Any investment to the Lamb would be secure in the holding of such a lease. If I was a Tamworth fan , I would be very concerned that a real estate company are proposing such a purchase.
