The question I would ask is whether the Lamb can be further developed/re-developed to provide a Stadium suitable to play in the EFL?

That will require a satisfactory Planning Permission.

Also, a minimum capacity of 5,000 including 1,000 seats.

A capacity upgrade to 5,000 including 2,000 seats after 3 years of continuous membership of the EFL.

A further Stadium upgrade to minimum 5,000 all-seater capacity after 4 years of continuous membership of the EFL Championship.

A minimum of 500 lux floodlighting requirement.

Tamworth's new owner is presumably aware of all of this before proclaiming EFL membership is his objective?

Likewise, the Town's Board will also be well aware of these requirements, as rivals!?
