The Lamb will have been professionally valued as a sports ground.

The valuation could have been increased if there was a 'hope value' for a change of use to something more valuable.

That is down to the Planners.

I don't know whether the new owner has been briefed about working with local planning authorities in the UK.

I would be interested to see if the Lamb has been properly appraised for development/re-development as an EFL Stadium?

As a reminder, Leamington are now 16 years along the pathway to building their new Stadium, an impressive looking 4,000 capacity stadium, meeting the requirements of the National League.
