VoR, here is a little advice that you may want to take on board:

Generally, people running sports teams are experienced in the field and/or very succesful business people ***. When those thoughts run through your head, maybe you should apply the "would a successful club owner have thoguht this through and got advice if needed?" If the answer to that is "Yes", then assume that maybe they know what they're doing and refrain from posting about the steps they need to follow.

*** Yes, OK, Boro have had some that don't fall into these categories. They are the exception rather than the rule nowadays.
