The need for a Ground Investigation Report is crucial.

LH has previously reported that 10 boreholes will be drilled on the site.

It's not just the cost of GI works that matter, the site will need to be reinstated to playing fields, after those works have been completed.

As the Developer, Town will need to pay for all of that!

It seems unfair but it is the football club who are proposing to build a Stadium on that Council-owned land & they have to convince themselves that the site is commercially viable, to proceed any further with their Planning Application?
