To be honest I have little confidence in the Vale View site. I live in the Ford , and there does seem to be a lot of opposition to having the football club sited there. We well remember the trouble we had when the club decided to move from Manor park. We were knocked back on sites the council themselves put forward, like the jubilee. The council at the time even prevented us moving out to Bermuda, citing the fact that the site was too close to a chemical storage depot. Look at that site now.
