Yes I know what you mean. It seems to me though , that football in becoming a none contact sport. There is no place in the modern game for the likes of Gill, Branston, Lewis, Crowley, or Bullock. Players nowdays seem to fall down at the slightest contact, and react as thougjh they have been coshed.
