I think the official story was Club was in financial distress and the Directors transferred their shares to him because the Club couldn’t pay him for the work done. I think Stocker gave him his shares and that was the key moment.

The Stadiasafe Directors later issue a statement saying the debts were manageable and the Club didn’t need to be liquidated.

Once liquidated he separated the new club from the ground, ripped up the groundshare with the rugby club, and the rest is history!
