And the Directors didn’t get their money back. Pailton engineering lost a fortune. A cynic might say this was why the liquidation was undertaken.

There was also a strange situation where Neale became a Director on getting the shares then realised a Director couldn’t benefit from the assets of a liquidation so resigned as a Director. So technically it was Stanford and co who took the Club into liquidation then said they didn’t want to.

I think Neale was the only creditor who got paid up for his work.

And of course then got the ground for nothing for his company.

Then thought he’d be clever and shaft the Nuns!
