Correct. Grayson place is an unmitigated financial disaster. Millions spent providing a hotel for a hotel chain to lease. The town could have been given a ground for a fraction of the tax, and ratepayers money spent on a building that residents of the town either desired or needed; we live here for gods sake!
I am with you regards Manor Park. It was home. Liberty way ,never felt the same, I get the same feeling watching us at the Oval. It's where we play, but it does not feel like home.
