As you are involved with the club, and not just a fan, I will take your statement and give it the credit it deserves. However, you must realise that even if a site is found in the next twelve months, we will be in no position to begin the process of construction. Grants will have to be applied for to finance the building, plus the planning stage alone can, and most likely will, be a long drawn out affair. It costs the council nothing to talk, and even if something is agreed, the current lot, with the impending changes to the way the council is run, may not be in post much longer.
