question.... how do you achieve, sustain this goal over a long period and retain interest.
as it stands its beginning to look like we have arrived/ reached our goal/limit
not criticizing just expressing how i see it. which i suspect is yours and others too.
good luck to all involved as its no easy task keeping the troops happy. especially if engaged in a struggle.
interesting times ahead for sure !!!
