When the Club say that the playing budget is based on an average league attendance of 400, does that include 100 Junior supporters in that figure, a percentage highlighted in one of LH's recent Treasurer's Reports?

Also, is it based on 275 season ticket holders being included in the 400?

If this is made clear to the supporters, then they would possibly be more understanding of the management teams challenges in recruiting players.
