Yes, 400 is the minimum and sets the playing budget. If we get more than 400, the playing budget stays the same.

The 700 target is the aspirational attendance that keeps us on track to meet the initial costs (not the full cost) of getting a new ground to planning, which is £150,000.

It's important that the club raises this amount ourselves rather than through grants etc, as it shows desire and commitment from the fans to get the club a permanent home.
