Yes, the 'full' costs of obtaining a successful, satisfactory Planning Permission will be considerably in excess of £150,000 which I am sure has been made clear to the Board by your Planning Consultant?
At some point it would be sensible IMO to increase your 'Back to Nuneaton' fund target to £250,000 in the interim.
