A genuine question.

If it cost him nothing and still costs him nothing,why can't he give the club to the Trust and concentrate on managing?

We can then judge him on that alone and all the "he saved the club so leave him alone" crew will be irrelevant.

At the moment there is no chance that the owner will replace the manager however bad the results get to be. I will declare my hand and say that our current position is not a disaster, but not great given the opposition.


I agree that he did, and does, a great job of the field and had a massive part in saving the club,but what is the use, and future, of a club that is hemorrhaging supporters through the turnstiles?
