Personally I think this is wrong.
It would be far simpler to lock down areas totally (other than travel to work).

WRT to football (well at Boro level), is going to stand outside going to be "dangerous".
As someone who has not been out and not had visitors for ages its very tempting to go (perhaps against my better judgment).
