I don't think you are being cynical, I think you are just as fed up & frustrated as the rest of us, at the way the club seems to stagger from crisis to crisis.

At least JG & JD have a vision for what they want the Boro to be, a Community Club which has been 'given back' to the people of the town & they should be applauded for that...whether they have a 'blueprint' you need to ask them that question.

I am only trying to look at the reality of the situation.

JG appears to be maximizing the revenue into the club & with JD (& their backers) they are managing the debt but that said, average attendances are 200+ below where they could be, when compared with the likes of Tamworth, Bromsgrove Sporting & Stourbridge & that's largely due to our poor league position.

Unless a new owner or a major investor turns up knocking on Jimmy's door, he will attempt to carry on business as usual, trying to manage the club in a sustainable way.

I don't think getting out of this league will be easy & I would be very happy to set a target of three years to achieve that aim...that is my opinion.
