The best site in Nuneaton for any CIC, part-fan owned club is Avenue Road, with NBBC retaining ownership of the land & the Club renting on a 100-year lease.

Edit:

The key driver for any new Club, in whatever guise, is to engage with NBBC as the first port of call, to clearly establish what is possible in the town from a Planning viewpoint.
