I would like to have a critical look at any Stadium plans/proposals, if that is possible, to make sure that a phased development is possible & that everything is only built once, without the need for abortive work/construction.

Edit:

This is all a part of future-proofing the Club & making sure that money is not wasted on unnecessary 'off-field' stuff, that could be better used to finance the playing squad, the 'on-field' stuff.

There has to be the right balance, because all of this has to be properly & securely financed.
