Why can't the Nuns be a part of this?

Why can't a Sporting Trust be created, bringing together NBBC, the Boro & the Nuns?

If NBBC could afford to fund the construction of a new 4G pitch (incorporating a shock pad), the same as the one at the Butts, it would be a cracking facility.

I believe the pitch at the Butts cost circa £600k but I stand to be corrected.

IMO, that would make the re-development of LW more cost effective, possibly only having to re-model the site, which could also be used as a joint Training Facility for use by both Clubs & their Junior Sections.

Is that beyond the level of thinking of those making the decisions?

Just my thoughts!
