I don't know.

There is not a 'one size fits all' for Trusts.

It is a complicated subject.

Edit:

I think the original concept was that the ground was held in Trust for the two clubs in equal shares & neither club could sell the ground but there would also be a groundshare put in place.

A gift to the sporting community?
