I will put up with the stuck burro.

It is crucial that the supporters realise (& I know some will & some maybe won't?), before they attend any forums, that if what is being proposed by LukeS is factual & true, that there will be very little cost for the potential owners of our new Club, in developing Avenue Road, in the first 2/3 years.

This will be a great boost to the Co-op/CIC in discussing any future plans they may have for their involvement in the new venture.

It will also be of great benefit for any of the bidders in allowing them to commit more funds to building the playing squad, in the early stages/early years.

Off-field stuff staying in front of On-field stuff, just in time.
