It has to be planned for, to future-proof the Club.

A satisfactory Planning Permission needs to be gained for a 5000-capacity Stadium, if private owners future profit expectations are to be met with, that would also need to include a 500 lux floodlighting requirement, for entry into the EFL.

I can see a few people scratching their heads!
