Why oh why the return to FL requirements.

Boro could start playing at Tomkinson road Rec next season, which. Over time be upgraded (as you said) "just in time".

Even with the most blue tinted glasses on (unless a Saudi prince is around) then Conf_National is the absolute maximum of expectation and that (at least) 15 years away.

How much will this "future proofing" cost.
