The new Stadium design is about FUTURE PROOFING the NEW BORO CLUB.

I am really struggling to get that through to you, which is surprising!

I think you understand what I mean but you seem obsessed with trying to ridicule & undermine everything I say, to gain a few forum laughs?

For clarity, I will SPELL IT ALL OUT AGAIN:-

The NEW BORO will hopefully go on long into the future.

The new owners will hopefully be the first of a long line of custodians.

To future-proof the NEW BORO, there needs to be a Succession Plan put in place to ensure that future owners are not hamstrung by the actions of previous owners.

With the new Stadium design, it is essential we start at the height of our ambitions in the planning & then go to the bottom & work our way back up to the top, IN PHASES.

IMO, for the NEW BORO, that would mean gaining a satisfactory Planning Permission for a 5000 capacity Stadium including 2000 seats, which will ultimately allow membership of the EFL Leagues One & Two, also including for a floodlighting system to 500 lux.

Anything less than that will limit the NEW BORO's progress up through the leagues.

This is all a part of the process.

I hope my explanation is helpful?
