Right, moving back to LW would take no time at all. None. Once an agreement is found with landlords.
You mentioned that as a site while spouting 6byears (now five) so I have totally debased that hypothesis.

Gala Fields next.

It already has sporting use cleared so that is not a delay and to start playing there once an agreement is reached with the council, which could take just a few weeks, we just need to meet minimum ground requirements.
Now, let's work on the fact that if we are going to Gala Fields, LW is a no go, then all we need tonget GF ready would be either v cheap and v easy (hard standing) or buy able from the landlords of a former football ground at just over scrap value.

These things do not take five years.

They could do.

But anyone planning on them doing so is being massively pessimistic.
