My view is Boro had to move from Manor Park and it made sense. If Ian Neale had not separated ground from club we would not be in this mess now.

Manor Park was a dump....... a fondly remembered dump, but a dump non-the-less. What actually did Manor Park have? people talk with fondness about the cock-and-bear end. Great when populated, but that was vary rare.

Manor Park would have been very expensive to revamp.
