The FA have recently introduced ground-grading criteria for Level 11/Step 7.

They are continually building & strengthening the Pyramid from the bottom.

You have to keep your eye on what they are doing at all times, it is a constantly moving target.

The upgraded requirement for new floodlighting installations for clubs at Level 6/Step 2 & below to 200 lux is significant.
