What are the opinions from people on here regarding H&H starting a new club if Boro are not liquidated before the 1st March deadline?

My understanding is AFC Nuneaton would not be a continuation of Boro and therefore have no ties to the history, badge, colours or location of Boro.

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.
