I think it depends on what level of football is sought.

Does a club, lower than griff really need a stadium like Hinckley Road?

Also - I seem to remember Boro ruled out Hinckley Road (and rugby) due to cost. Whilst H&H clearly felt they could afford it, isn’t money best spent elsewhere?
