Don’t like how any new club - in whatever guise or ownership it has gets to ‘pick and choose’ which bits of the heritage it wants.
Will happily leverage the fanbase, and happy memories of Stoke, Middlesbrough, Gainsborough, play-off finals etc.
Ignore the years of bitterness, mis-management and most importantly, the debts that are owed to countless local businesses.
I know it’s how football (and business) works, but doesn’t sit right with me that you can just pick up and start again as the ‘Boro’ after that.
