I would hazard a guess its because 2023/24 accounts have not been submitted.
Given that there are no officers or person with significant control thats hardly surprising
How a company can theoretically be trading without anyone running it is beyond me.

No one has admitted to responsibility (either collectively or individually). In fact, quite the oppose.

I think its more "the end of the start".
I say that as all debts will now come out of the woodwork and eventually all those owed will be published (it happened with StadiaSafe).
It's more or less certain that the debts will be greater than the £750,000 reported for year 2022/23.

Sadly Its unlikely the (I have to assume) increase in debts during the non-promotion season will be buried with everything else., The previous season (fighting relegation) cost increased debts by £160,000.

I predict the final figure will be over £1,000,000.
