Not read the link, but it does make you wonder if the business has been acting legally since February.

Others probably know better, but aren't directors appointed by shareholders to run the business SO the responsibility rests with the directors (of which there are none).

Dan Aitchison - 13%
Ian Cook - 12%
James Ginnelly - 0%
DA Capital - 75%

There was certainly "ownership" tennis (hot potato) and if my memory serves me right the last person with significant control was David Anderson.
