It wasn’t nerves she was reading from a script, she could also do with learning to pronounce Nuneaton. Although thankfully she didn’t use an insult for Nuneaton this time as she did in her maiden speech.
Central government can’t help find any land in Nuneaton so she has an expectation management problem there now.
The sites you identify are most likely although there are other Recs and limited land for sports use on newly developed land.
