If the Premier teams don’t want replays then a rule stating that they field at least 8 players in the team who played in their last Premiership game should be made rather than them sending out a weakened side against a team from a lower division. To stop them claiming they couldn’t do this due to injuries picked up in the last Premiership game, then those injured are unable to play in their next Premiership game.
