I am not assuming anything of the kind!

I am stating the facts!

If the new 3G playing surface to be installed at The Oval is not FIFA Quality PRO Performance standard, then the Town will not be able to progress any higher than Level 7/Step 3 while playing in that Stadium.

FUTURE-PROOFING must be considered for NTFC FC CIC (IMO).
