Clearly he's not even been to the oval, if he had he would realise that if, and it's a massive if, the oval could be up to NLN standard with some additions if it was ever needed. I bet he's never been to Kettering a NLN ground recently - far worse than the oval.

Note to self, 'be careful what you wish for'
