Agree with you there LotM. The ground is not Bedworth’s either needs to be remembered too. I have asked so many times as to why any tenant would improve,and pay for,improvements to their landlord’s property ? It worked out well at Liberty Way didn’t it ? I would love also to know the FC’s angle on continuation of tenancy in the long term.
