I am not suggesting that either Club potentially has to pay for improvements to NBBC's property.

I am simply pointing out improvements may be needed at some stage, if either or both Clubs aspire to progress.

To agree who pays for any possible improvements is a matter for discussion, at the appropriate time.

A 'wait & see' approach could be adopted but an early appreciation of the ground-grading position would (IMO) be very helpful, to avoid future disappointment.
