I suspect (as they have already said they are ready to fund a survey) that they are preparing plans to develop a new site within Nuneaton. Doesn't that sound like the most likely scenario rather than a longer stay out of town? They could build a minimal stadium with potential for regular development as they (hopefully) move up the pyramid.
