OK, VoR, I give up. You clearly know better than me on everything in this situation: the ground requirements (you probably do), the aims of a club you have never bothered to watch, the thoughts of individuals you have never met, the state of the club's plans for ground development.

You battered everyone else into submission quite a while ago, and now I am dipping out too. One final suggestion: as you know it all, why don't you start your own team from scratch? That way you can follow all those guidelines and necessities you quote and be in the EFL within 10 years!
