If a club go bust / pull out etc after the league constitutions but before the AGM's have ratified them instead of deciding who stays up through ppg then moving sides around all over the place they reinstate the highest placed relegated side from the division the side would have been in , to keep disruption to a minimum .
IF they do that in this case then Rugby Town would be reinstated to the NPLM & Godmanchester Rovers to the UCLPS .
