You can bury your head in the sand if you want to, it's your choice, or face up to the responsibilities all Town fans now have for making sure the Town's future progression is protected.

As AV rightly pointed out recently, NTFC CIC can settle for gaining a satisfactory Planning Permission for a 'tiny' Stadium but it has to be firmly understood that there is no guarantee that a further satisfactory Planning Permission will be granted to expand the new Stadium at some time in the future.

Further Edit:

NBBC will lead the new Club round & round in circles, if NTFC CIC let them, that's why IMO, the Town need to employ a good Planning Consultant before they go too much further down the track, to give some proper focus to the Planning discussions/negotiations.

Just my thoughts!
