To me, that arrangement, as you have described, seems loose & very restrictive when it comes to Club ownership & fundraising on an ongoing basis.

I believe that if NTFC was a Members Club, there would be a greater opportunity for all supporters/businesses to contribute fairly & equally on the same footing, in trying to build & strengthen the new Club & its finances, long-term.

It also allows individuals & corporate members to make donations on an equal footing, as part of a collective membership, anonomously if preferred.

Just my thoughts!

IMO, not everyone wants to join the Supporters Co-operative & not everyone wants to be a Co-op Director, which seems the only choice at the moment & yet only applies to a 40% ownership of NTFC CIC.

I think you need to be a lot more expansive in your thinking, maybe even converting to a CIC limited by Shareholding, at some point?
