Is that really true ("clubs can afford to pay more than our budget for their top players") at this level?

I do expect directors of other clubs put their hands in their pockets to some extent.

When you look at attendances, with the exception of Atherstone, Boro have twice as many attending than any other club.
Boro get 276 more than March (3rd best supported), thats £1380/game more than March....and thats using £5 as turnstile price.
It also ignores other income (and whatever the agreement for bar takings is)


** I acknowledge that the club have sensibly underestimated income and any surplus from this guesstimate is put in a separate fund.
