im afraid he suffers from a common human complaint
he possesses an inflated ego of his own capabilities
when football management is the agenda
he is not on his own. many think they are a Pep..........very very few are.
a lot of us on here can talk a good game ( yep me included ) its so easy to be wise after the event EH!!!
