without doubting anyone's opinion on Wilkin..... ie. the plus or minus camp
i was led to understand from ( outside the club ) at the time
KW lost his day job and needed to go fulltime !
Ian Neale said NO so he left to go Wrexham ? i recall
now without being biased IMO it was a catastrophic
decision by Neale.
WHY in heavens sake didnt he stick with him
and CUT the playing budget... hence problem solved... as i viewed it.
and what happened we signed a total ???ker of a manager
who in my opinion was one of the worst ever
which i stated as an opinion from virtually day ONE.
people who know me know that is the truth.
if he wilkin had remained who knows.
